Biography:

Philip Henderson started teaching in 2013 and has specialised in a variety of English subjects, including phonics and business. He has taught in the northeast of England, Thailand and Australia before he joined QA as part of the Roehampton Pathways team in early 2020.

Philip has a reflective and adaptable approach to teaching. He enjoys staying up to date with new technology and software to create a blended teaching style that is inclusive and engaging. Trademarks of his teaching include pre and post lesson videos to explain complex topics, non-academic debates at the beginning of each lesson to encourage student participation and anonymous student surveys.
